• Custom exterior paint color available as an upgrade
• Standard front entry door: 30" x 80" with plank cement board siding
• Optional roof-top deck with staircase

Interior features

• Luxury vinyl plank flooring (available in Grey, Blonde, or Brown)
• Ceramic interior paint for added insulation (R10)
• Electrical setup includes 110V outlets and lighting

You can also upgrade to the Eco or Premier models.

The Eco comes with a Mini Split HVAC system for heating and cooling, 5' x 5' windows, and a custom exterior paint job.

The Premier has everything the Eco and base models have plus a 10' roof deck and staircase.
